Put your passion for food and drink to use with a career in Catering.

Fancy being the next Gordon Ramsay?

Our courses are taught by industry-trained chefs, giving you expert guidance on making it in this fast-paced career.

We know how important practical, on-the-job experience is, so you will work in our on-campus Sessions Restaurant, which is open to the public.

Trainee Chefs can earn around £13,000, Second (Sous) Chefs can earn up to £22,000 and Head Chefs can earn £30,000+.

If you are passionate about food, can work in a busy environment and communicate well as part of a team; our courses will lead you to a rewarding career in Catering and Hospitality.

We offer exciting Catering courses as part of our brand new Air and Defence Career College; these include industry-work experience designed to prepare you for a career as a Logistics Chef or Hospitality Specialist. Find out more.
