If you want to pursue a career working in an environment where you will be regularly using IT within your job role then this is an excellent place to start. This course will provide you with the underpinning skills and knowledge to begin a career in the industry.

The course includes knowledge on improving productivity using IT, understanding the potential of IT and developing personal and team effectiveness using IT.

Upon successful completion you may be able to progress onto Higher Education.
You must have good verbal communication skills and the potential to gain evidence for the qualification in the workplace. In addition, it is expected that you are able to demonstrate their ability to work at a recommended level 1 in both Literacy and Numeracy and Level 1 in ICT. In addition, you should be working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Assessment is a combination of practical tasks, written assignments, observations within the workplace, online written assignments, online tests and discussions.
