Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- To assist the chef in the preparation of food for the Hotel and restaurant
- To assist chef in preparation and delivery of wedding food
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- To assist in the planning and ordering of food for restaurant and events
Skills Required
- Good communications skills
- Adaptable to change in the work environment
- Team player
Qualifications Required
English and maths GCSE grade A-C / 9-4 or equivalent
Personal Qualities Required
- Good time keeping and reliable
- Cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen
