- Answering telephone and taking customer orders
- Dealing with Online orders admin
- Email correspondence with external customers
- Responding to customer problems and finding resolutions
- Internal admin
- Filing of paperwork
- Booking out deliveries for customer orders
- Assist customers with technical product knowledge
Skills Required
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
Qualifications Required
- GCSEs at grade A/9 – C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent
Personal Qualities Required
- Have a professional manner
