The CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP) provides a firm foundation in all areas of HR, helping you to develop essential HR skills and giving you the confidence to be more effective at work by adding real value to your HR function.
There are no specific entry requirements for this HR programme but it is expected that students have an interest in developing a career in personnel. All students accepted for the course are required to become student members of the CIPD. A good standard of literacy is essential equivalent to GCSE Grade C or equivalent or above in English language. Acceptance is subject to a successful interview.
Assessment is entirely through coursework.
