If you want to pursue a career in business administration within an office environment working as a team leader, budget manager, senior administration assistant or secretary then this is an excellent place to start. This course will provide you with the underpinning skills and knowledge for a career in the industry.
This course includes knowledge on communication in a business environment, managing the work of an administrative function and resolve administrate problems. The course will also help you to develop and manage Personal Performance and Development.
Upon successful completion you may be able to progress onto Higher Education.
You should have a keen interest in business and administration careers, and are expected to demonstrate a "can do" attitude and have at least basic numeracy and literacy skills on which the apprenticeship will build. You must be employed for 30 hours a week.
Assessment is a combination of practical tasks, written assignments , observation within the workplace, online written assignments, online tests and discussions.
