It covers a wide range of topics including: Safeguarding and Protection; Managing Care Services; Managing Change; Recruitment; Quality Systems and Audit and Developing Best Practice.
This qualification is suitable for senior members of staff who wish to progress into management.
You must have prior qualifications at Level 3 of above, pass a diagnostic assessment in English and Maths at Level 2 and be in employment for 30 hours a week in a senior or management role.
Assessment is a combination of practical tasks, written assignments, oral discussions.
