This qualification is to help candidates develop their ability to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource practices at a strategic management level and to increase their understanding of organisations. The course also aims to help candidates develop planning, analytical and problem solving skills. This qualification is ideal if: You are a manager or an aspiring manager who wishes to improve you HR knowledge and skills. You are already working in HR and want to study a recognised professional qualification. You wish to progress your career by improving your knowledge and skills.
Students should have a Certificate in HR Practice Level 3 or relevant HR experience at a management level.
Assessment is entirely through coursework.
