Our Air and Defence Career College is the first of its kind in the UK. Key industry partners have shaped its curriculum, will set industry challenges, and offer unique access to practical experience on their sites.
Our Air & Defence Career College is an amazing opportunity to pursue a career with the RAF, or the wider aerospace and catering industries. It enables students to complete their core academic studies, alongside full-time technical training, creating a clear pathway to an exciting, rewarding future.
The Career College has been designed in conjunction with the RAF, Thales, Raytheon and AAR Corp to generate employees for the RAF and Air & Defence industries with the right mind-set and technical skills fit for the 21st Century.
That means graduates will leave the college with the right qualifications and the fitness levels, confidence, leadership and communications skills to succeed.
Graduates are guaranteed a place on RAF Basic Recruit Training (BRTC) and will be well equipped to pass first time. If students decide not to enter the RAF, they can progress to employment, an apprenticeship or further study for a career in the aerospace industry.
