Our experienced subject specialists make supporting you in your learning journey a priority. Each Diploma is designed to fit alongside family and employment commitments so that adults can fully engage and obtain the Level 3 qualification needed to progress to degree level study. Pathways and subject options support progression to a variety of degrees, from career linked nursing, midwifery and paramedic science to subject specialisms such as English Literature, Psychology and Chemistry.
Our one-year Diplomas have 100% pass rates and the same UCAS points as 3 A Levels. The vast majority of students progress to their first-choice degree. Alumni students stay in touch and express how well their studies at Lincoln College prepared them for degree level studies. All subjects studied have higher education study skills embedded in the learning, developing academic writing, research skills, referencing, presentation skills and report writing. Full support in applying to higher education through the UCAS process is provided.
The majority of students apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to pay their tuition fees; this loan is waived on completion of an undergraduate degree for those who have obtained an Access to HE Diploma.
